Kahzah Mims is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) and strategic career development leader with over 17 years of experience supporting students, emerging professionals, senior leaders, and nonprofit organizations in achieving meaningful advancement.
Throughout his career in higher education and business leadership, Kahzah has worked closely with students, early and mid-career professionals, and institutional partners to translate ambition into actionable strategy. His expertise spans career positioning, leadership development, professional storytelling, and organizational program design.
A career development professional with his Master’s of Science degree from the University of Miami and executive leadership training from Cornell University, Kahzah blends structured coaching methodology with real-world insight into hiring, promotion, and professional advancement. He is known for his ability to help clients quickly gain clarity, strengthen their confidence, and execute with intention.
Kahzah founded K. Mims Collective in December 2025 to provide individuals and institutions with thoughtful, high-impact career strategy support grounded in equity, preparation, and long-term leadership growth.
